I can't log in to my hotmail.com or Outlook email account

Hi,I can't log in to my hotmail.com email account and I am getting this error as depicted in picture below. I also tried from Android and iPhone outlook apps, but it is not opening from there too. Can someone help me?

    i cant sign into my email address that is a hotmail account and its urgent i do it has lots of my disabled sons information in it

    Same thing is happening to me. Getting error message and can't even authenticate my account into another email app. Even the outlook app isn't loading any new messages. This is ridiculous that such a huge company as Microsoft has this kind of problem with their service.

    Yes, it's a world wide problem, it's Outlook server issue.

    The silence from Microsoft is very unprofessional as many businesses and private persons are affected. It's obvious that Microsoft's Crisis Management sucks. Wouldn't be surprised that after this event many will switch to some other platforms.

    Wondering who will be responsible for the damage caused with this major issue.
