In my outlook app on iPhone as well as in de desktop version of Outlook there is a pop-up of Copilot 'summary' on EVERY email I open.
It's annoying the **** out of me and I want to get rid of this ai-function that I never asked for.
I have Microsoft 365 family.
In settings on the app as well as desktop version there is nothing to be found to remove this.
Where do I get rid of this **** function?

Sadly I have had to cancel altogether as this option was not available in the UK, despite the advice page saying it is.
Yes, it is easy to turn off in word but not outlook. Fortunately I am slowly migrating from outlook any way as it is plagued with spam.
If you go to your subscription, choose manage, and then choose cancel, it will give you the option of choosing Microsoft 365 Family CLASSIC (also works for individual accounts). These are the versions that don't include Copilot. Just did it myself.

I have the same question. Copilot is invasive in Outlook. If I can't figure out how to get rid of it, I will stop using Outlook.
