In my outlook app on iPhone as well as in de desktop version of Outlook there is a pop-up of Copilot 'summary' on EVERY email I open.
It's annoying the **** out of me and I want to get rid of this ai-function that I never asked for.
I have Microsoft 365 family.
In settings on the app as well as desktop version there is nothing to be found to remove this.
Where do I get rid of this **** function?

Log into your Microsoft account. https://account.microsoft.com/account/

Go to your subscription, choose manage, and then choose cancel, it will give you the option of choosing Microsoft 365 Family CLASSIC (also works for individual accounts). Don't panic when you click cancel. It will take you to a page to tell you what you are cancelling but it also shows you other options for subscriptions. That is where you switch to Microsoft 365 Family CLASSIC. Saves you money but won't change until your current subscription year is over.

This is 100% correct. And if you don't choose "Classic" for "only $99" at that moment, going into effect when your current annual subscription ends, the option will NOT be available later if you decide to continue the service after cancellation.

This is a classic Mafia or criminal operation, extortion:

"You wouldn't want something bad to happen to your computer and software, like Gaza?"

They want to force their new AI pricing scheme, a 30% increase down our throats, abusing and raping their own customers like the Palestinians. By the way, Jesus is Palestinian, folks.

Important piece of info to note, however ... it won't switch to the CLASSIC version until your next renewal date, unless you completely cancel everything and set up a new account at the time you get rid of the AI version.
