As the author/OP of this thread, the solution to use Flow sounds great. However, this is a paid service. So, I won't be using it. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/products/power-automate/ because it's a paid service, owned by Microsoft. To paraphrase an old joke from the 80s' this a toothbrush salesman giving someone hungry a **** sandwich and then offering a toothbrush to make it go away.
This reply-to domain is clearly used for Spam.
Microsoft, if you're reading this, how about blocking the damn thing already!
