Hi,

A fix is deployed. Check after 15-20 minutes.

Microsoft service health status

User impact: Users may be unable to access their mailbox using any connection methods. More info: Impacted connection methods include, but may not be limited to: - Outlook.com - Outlook Mobile - Outlook desktop client

Current status: Our deployment of the fix is progressing quicker than anticipated and we expect impact to gradually mitigate as it progresses.

We believe the issue will be resolved by our next update time.

    Hi.

    I get a 500 error when trying to use my email. I can sign into and view my account details, but when trying to open outlook web app I get this:

    I have tried changing my password, changing security options, cleared cache, cookies, browsing data, and have used multiple browsers with no change. This is a personal email that is used for updates from school and work. I need access restored, is there any way you can help? Thanks!
