Outlook is constantly refreshing - what can I do?

Having the same issue for 2 days on Edge and Chrome.

Can't view emails, or respond to them, clicking anything forces the entire site to refresh to default view.

No issues on android phone though.

Same issue, Chrome on Mac OS 12.6.3

If you can change to another browser/device, can you access Outlook Web normally?

If it still doesn't work, this is probably an account problem.

First, I recommend that you try to use this account to access https://account.live.com and try to access the account security page. If you can, immediately change your account password and try to access Outlook Web again. If you also encounter the problem of the page constantly refreshing on the Microsoft account website, try resetting your account password directly.

If the above solutions still cannot solve your problem, since the community team does not have the relevant authority to help you check your account, you can refer to the steps below to contact our account team and submit your account for further testing:

1. Open a site link - Contact - Microsoft Support
2. In the box below "Tell us your problem so we can get you the right help and support.", enter MSA, click "Get Help", and then click "Contact Support" below.
3. In this section, you need to register a personal Microsoft account

Note: You can only use a personal MSA to register, and the company account cannot display the correct content. If the account cannot be logged in, you can use another account or create a new account to execute;

4. Select "Other Products" in Products & Services, select "Manage account security" as a category, and click to confirm
5. You can select "Chat with support experts in web browser" to enter the chat window.
