Blocked senders and domains list has disappeared, Outlook now not saving blocked list

Over the years, I have consistently tried to block unwanted senders to reduce phishing scams coming into my inbox. In recent weeks, the list of hundreds of blocked sites seem to have disappeared without me doing anything to delete them. When I now block senders, they appear on the list but when I log into Outlook on the web on another occasion, the list is blank again of blocked senders and it looks like my attempt to block sites is not saving.

    I am also having this issue where my blocked domains are now empty and now my junk inbox is flooded. Outlooks spam/junk management was already one of the worst out there and now we have zero protection and years of blocked domains have vanished. Not sure what im paying for anymore since im the one doing all the work when it comes to keeping myself protected from spam. . .

    I have now discovered this problem also. Appreciate if anyone has worked out a way of getting the list back (I have failed with all the steps so far listed). Would be nice if Microsoft themselves were to comment on this point - I have never contributed to this forum before, does anyone from MS read it? Thanks

    Same. I am losing patience with Outlook. Whether in iOS in the Outlook app or on Windows using the NEW Outlook app, when I report an item and tell it to block it, it does NOT add it to the blocked senders list. I keep getting junk back in my Inbox. I do not understand why this is so hard to fix. Microsoft has really dropped the ball on this.

    I see that there are over ONE THOUSAND of us with this frustration! Maybe we should ALL open support tickets with Microsoft? That could at least be entertaining!! Maybe then they would wake up!!!
