Over the years, I have consistently tried to block unwanted senders to reduce phishing scams coming into my inbox. In recent weeks, the list of hundreds of blocked sites seem to have disappeared without me doing anything to delete them. When I now block senders, they appear on the list but when I log into Outlook on the web on another occasion, the list is blank again of blocked senders and it looks like my attempt to block sites is not saving.

Seconding this. Do "Microsoft Community Support Specialists" have any way to send bug reports up the chain? I couldn't find any option to contact support or report a bug elsewhere, apart from this forum. This one is obviously a real bug affecting many customers rather than any sort of user error.
Is there any resolution to this? I also have (had) a long list of blocked senders and domains. Have logged in via other browsers, incognito, etc. without success.
How does Microsoft get away with this?
As other users have mentioned... years of curating a blocked senders list gets wiped out by ... Microsoft??
There is no resolution at this stage unfortunately, nor any acknowledgement of the bug from Microsoft.
I saw today that there was a widespread Outlook outage, and now that I am back into my account I have a huge list of blocked senders. Things that make you wonder....was the outage part of the "fix"?
guess something is getting fixed , my old blocklist is gone , but freshly added domains stick ... and still silence from M$ , thats not the way to do business
