Blocked senders and domains list has disappeared, Outlook now not saving blocked list

Over the years, I have consistently tried to block unwanted senders to reduce phishing scams coming into my inbox. In recent weeks, the list of hundreds of blocked sites seem to have disappeared without me doing anything to delete them. When I now block senders, they appear on the list but when I log into Outlook on the web on another occasion, the list is blank again of blocked senders and it looks like my attempt to block sites is not saving.

    Getting the same issue as well. Like all of you in this topic, hundred of blocked senders have disappeared. When I add a blocked sender on my current session, it remains until I log off! Logging back on the blocked senders list is empty again. Frustration is a polite word to use. Also, I am on the latest windows 11 version 24H2. I use outlook.live on the web to access my hotmail account.

    This is of no help, but I too have lost all my blocked sender list!

    NO amount of begging or pleading has got this fixed or the lists restored. I cant even sign in to the Help local live chat function - it just doesn't work

    I have the same problem. I cannot login to get online help in my web browser. It seems nothing is getting done about this problem. I pay for Ad Free Outlook/Microsoft 365 Basic. Blocked Sender/domains are MISSING if you click on the save option.

    Here is an update: It seems this thread has been heard and I am not having this issue no more. Now, what needs to be fixed is that the blocked addresses and domains in the list actually get reported and blocked.

    This hasn't been fixed for me. I used to have probably 500 blocked domains and now there are 3 addresses in the list (probably from the last 2 days).
