Managing personal Outlook.com account settings, security, and privacy
AI is the problem
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
Over the years, I have consistently tried to block unwanted senders to reduce phishing scams coming into my inbox. In recent weeks, the list of hundreds of blocked sites seem to have disappeared without me doing anything to delete them. When I now block senders, they appear on the list but when I log into Outlook on the web on another occasion, the list is blank again of blocked senders and it looks like my attempt to block sites is not saving.

AI is the problem
Dear Jim,
Apologies, I did not want to say you were not helpful, only to say the solutions you provided did not work. Actually I want to say thanks for trying to help. Even though I followed your steps of changing browser and privacy mode, that did not work. So I can't really click that the reply solved my problem, but having said that, I don't even know if the Microsoft support bot has provided a solution that will work. So far the suggested steps they provided hasn't worked either, if that is any consolation.
Hi Fung(2),
First of all, thank you for your reply, I am regret that you marked my reply as not helpful, because I am doing my best to help you solve the problem. And I want to confirm with you again, have you tried to change the browser and use the privacy mode of the browser?
Secondly, I want to make it clear to you, Community is a place for everyone to exchange problems. And as Community Support, we have the same permissions as users. I'm sorry that I don't have enough permissions to perform any checks on the mailbox server. And I also provide all the solutions that are within my permission to provide.
I see you tried to contact Outlook.com support, but were unsuccessful, please make sure you sign in with your personal Microsoft account, not your work and school account and contact Outlook.com online support staff during business hours.
I hope this information was helpful. If you have any questions, please let me know, I will be happy to help you further.
Have a good day.
Best regards
Jim - MSFT | Microsoft Community Support Specialist
I did manage to get through to chat and they gave me these instructions. The instructions were provided by a bot. I do not know if they work or not.

I want you to request to remove devices and reset your password and do a reputation check on your account.
**To Remove Connected Devices Or Mobile Devices:
Do a password reset for your Microsoft account.
In order to increase the reputation, score I would suggest you to please check the reputation score multiple times.
https://account.live.com/reputationcheck
It will ask you to verify your email account by entering a working mobile phone number that can receive the code.
This link also can help you to increase account reputation status.
I would like to inform you that you need to run the reputation check multiple times in 24-48 hours, as much you can, but make sure that you need to maintain the gap for next reputation check at least 3-4 hours.
Do the above guided process and check the outcome after wait of 24 hours.
Hi Jim,
Would you know why I CANNOT contact support anymore as instructed above? I click on HELP, I explain my problem and then click on "Still need help?." A box opens up asking me to "Sign In." I click on the sign in and another box pops up. I put in my email address and then the pop up box goes blank and pops OFF my screen.
I have been trying for several days and cannot get it to connect with an agent. I have also tried this in two separate browsers on my Mac desktop computer and NEITHER will allow me to connect with an agent.
I am having the same problem with my BLOCKED user list displaying as BLANK!
