Blocked senders and domains list has disappeared, Outlook now not saving blocked list

Over the years, I have consistently tried to block unwanted senders to reduce phishing scams coming into my inbox. In recent weeks, the list of hundreds of blocked sites seem to have disappeared without me doing anything to delete them. When I now block senders, they appear on the list but when I log into Outlook on the web on another occasion, the list is blank again of blocked senders and it looks like my attempt to block sites is not saving.

    I access Hotmail using my android and web browser. I discovered that my entire safe and blocked sender list displayed correctly in my web browser AFTER I cleared the Outlook cache on my android.

    EXCELLENT FIND!! Worked perfectly for me as well, having just restored all my safe and blocked sender entries that disappeared months ago. Let's just hope the Outlook Android app doesn't manage to break it all again retroactively...

    Sadly it is hardly surprising this happened; the Outlook app on Android is a testament to staggeringly incompetent programmers, being riddled with major glitches which either never get fixed or get fixed briefly and then broken again within a few short months.

    Still leaves another big defect with the sender lists in the Outlook browser app, where it loses the changes you make if you try to edit more than 2 or 3 entries at a time, if you were trying to consolidate several mailboxes into a single domain entry for example.

    I just had the same issue, I run firefox, and also outlook is giving the circle of death and parts of the screen are blocked out until I move the cursor over the section.
