I cannot login to my outlook email, how do I fix this problem?

I’m having the same issue as everyone else I cannot login to my email. I’ve tried using different devices, different browsers, everything. I’m getting frustrated I need to access my emails for work. How do I fix this problem and why is it happening?

    I'm not getting an error I don't remember my password since I have been using the thumb print for so long.I have a new phone number.and I hardly ever get texts at home.I tried to change my password but after putting in the number they sent me I just go round and round.

    My kids are tech savvy and they could not figure it out either.

    I'm at a loss here,and frustrated as hell.HELP ME PLEASE
