I cannot login to my outlook email, how do I fix this problem?

I’m having the same issue as everyone else I cannot login to my email. I’ve tried using different devices, different browsers, everything. I’m getting frustrated I need to access my emails for work. How do I fix this problem and why is it happening?

    It is not letting me sign in it ask me to log on and put my password I do that then it is telling me to many time

    Well, now it's working. I gave up yesterday (Sunday) hoping that in the morning my email would come back. It did!

    No error message. Just no progress.

    You on't me able to notify me because email isn't working.
