I’m having the same issue as everyone else I cannot login to my email. I’ve tried using different devices, different browsers, everything. I’m getting frustrated I need to access my emails for work. How do I fix this problem and why is it happening?

After the latest update ( 2025-04 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 24H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5055627) ) my outlook app has not been downloading new emails. It prompts me to sign in and accept terms and then it either circles back or gives an error message.

I am going around in circles. I cannot login into my outlook email. It was there yesterday. I keep getting a box that asks for profile name and outlook Data password. when I go to classic outlook. My email is ******@nemont.net. I have updated Office 365. I just had a 2 hour session with Microsoft a few weeks ago. I can't imagine what happened.
