I cannot login to my outlook email, how do I fix this problem?

I’m having the same issue as everyone else I cannot login to my email. I’ve tried using different devices, different browsers, everything. I’m getting frustrated I need to access my emails for work. How do I fix this problem and why is it happening?

    I don't think this answer above will help everyone since we all don't use gmail. I was able to get my email back up by switching back to classic. I did loose all my contacts, but the emails and separate folders were all there once it downloaded them.

    Google as of May 1, 2025 has turned off POP/IMAP access to Gmail from Outlook app because Classic Outlook app is "less secure". This can be fixed.

    Basically, you need to set up 2-Step Verification on your Google account (no this is not phone verification). Then go to "App Password" at the bottom of the 2SV page. Enter "Outlook" and get a new 16 character password, and replace your Outlook login password to your Google account with this new password.

    Note: On Outlook, you may have to remove your account to connect to gmail, and then create a new account with the new password.

    Hello Mr. Miguel Molina O, can you help me please regain access to my email account. I attached a screenshot of the problem. I answered most of the email retrieval questions accurately but wasn't able to access my account. I badly need your help.

    Cannot get past the homepage. When I click on 'sign in', it goes back to the homepage.
