I'm a dinosaur who still uses Hotmail.com via web-based Outlook.com. Now every time I reply to a message, I get a ""Try Draft with Copilot" message/link in it. I never want to use Copilot for anything, but this won't go away. How can I turn permanently off this any other Copliot promot in Outlook?

I share the OPs frustration with this 'feature', and their views that Microsoft do not care what their customers think.
Copilot is an extremely irritatin 'feature', and not one I want or need yet it pops up on every line and gets in the way.
Can Microsoft please offer their hotmail outlook users the option to switch this irritating feature off.
Did anyone find a way to disable this? I can't find an obvious answer in the replies. This is an extreme annoyance, even in the desktop installed outlook client (which I'm guessing is little more than a web wrapper?).
The prompt appears repeatedly on every single line of a reply and it's an utter distration and pain. The number of times I've switched windows to check something for my reply on to click back and inadvertantly hit the link, launching copilots "innovation" to much annoyance.
Surely this has to be a bug though. Showing the prompt once when the feature initially launched then leaving it to sit in the top icon bar alongside formatting, etc would be fair enough. Having it appear on every single new line is frustrating overkill that has me rooting round for my old office installation discs.
Dunners, you can disable it on Word and other apps but not on Outlook. There is literally no way to remove it from email right now, unless MS make one.
So frustrating. It's been annoying me for a few weeks now since it first appeared on my mail and after another hour or so of googling for a solution today it's finally pushed me over the edge. Cancelled my subscription to 365. I want what I originally signed up for not something that's intrusively forcing its way into my work.
Open to recommendations for new office apps and e-mail clients!
Some of us are not happy with intrusive notifications from Co pilot. Why do we need help to read emails? This is change for change sake and is not useful and is actually very annoying. Unintrusive AI can be useful if it is there when requested. Being inserted into everything is just irritating.
