How do I permanently turn off Copilot prompts in my Outlook.com webmail messages?

I completely agree, the Copilot prompt is intrusive, distracting and annoying, and obviously there should be a simple way to opt-out of it. The fact that there isn't is outrageous. How could anyone at MS possibly think that this would be okay? This is essentially a pop-up advertisement that won't go away. I pay a subscription for Micosoft 365, there's no way that this kind of thing is acceptable. Is it even legal? Surely we have statutory rights as paying customers?

AGREE - It is extremely annoying and takes twice as long to write an email with that try copilot suggestion popping up every single line. Hopefully they will listen to all of this feedback and allow users to turn it on or turn it off globally for all of their emails. I don't mind having it as a menu option if someone wants to use it, but please, please, please allow users to turn it off, and not have to do so for every single email, but globally.

Aaugh - it's an AI version of that damn paperclip isn't it.

copilot is worse than the paperclip - it is more annoying than a mosquito in the bedroom......

The prompt "Try Draft with Copilot" is not a suggestion, it is a command as far as the English language is concerned. The subject "You" is understood in this suggestion, and it makes it a complete sentence (without the period, of course; but that seems to be acceptable in contemporary society).

I do not want to try Copilot. I do not want to access Artificial Intelligence. I would like to think on my own and not rely upon an army of robots to direct my conscience.

It is distracting to compose or reply to an email with "Try Draft with Copilot" reappearing after each return (enter) of a paragraph.

I subscribe to Office 365. And I would like the option of declining your invitation to utilize CoPilot in any capacity. I use Word and emails as a fancy typewriter and would like to turn off as many bells and whistles such as thought-prompting and auto-correct. With no offense to others who may prefer the trajectory of computer technology, I would prefer to edit, correct, think and create without the use of artificial intelligence.

Please Microsoft, have your computer technicians -- or an artificial-intelligence equivalent -- remedy this feature for Outlook and Office 365 users.
