I'm a dinosaur who still uses Hotmail.com via web-based Outlook.com. Now every time I reply to a message, I get a ""Try Draft with Copilot" message/link in it. I never want to use Copilot for anything, but this won't go away. How can I turn permanently off this any other Copliot promot in Outlook?

Seriously? I subscribe to Microsoft 365, but sometimes like to use email on the web. It's almost impossible to use with "Try Draft with Copilot" populating every single line of each message I write.

This is *not* a feature. As so many in this thread (and elsewhere) have said, please pass along feedback so that users can turn this off.

I'm concluding after reading all this unsolicited copilot garbage infecting my computer that the best way to get rid of copilot is to get rid out outlook.

Microsoft is obviously is too high and mighty to listen to its customers.

I got the message: loud and clear.

You don't need AI to figure it out.

    Hi guys,

Not sure if this is a "fix" but when I try to cancel the annual subscription ($179?), it prompted me to change my subscription to a different "LOWER COST WITHOUT AI - Microsoft 365 Family Classic AU$139.00/year". Changes won't take effect till March 2025 though... fingers crossed for now.

I tried to ask copilot to uninstal itself.. Every step it told me was wrong. It would say go to the bottom of the page and click on view all settings. There was no such option.

It kept saying you must have a different version, and nothing it suggested worked. So much for Microsoft's AI. It can't perform even a basic request.
