How do I permanently turn off Copilot prompts in my Outlook.com webmail messages?

Having the annoying Copilot banner taking up valuable screen space for every incoming is bad enough, but this draft feature really is the pits. How can I concentrate on what I want to write in a reply if this unbelievably irritating Draft by Copilot image keeps appearing.

You can't remove it in either version of Outlook..

Joining the dozens of other repliers here - TURN COPILOT OFF IN OUTLOOK. Make it opt-IN, not forced on us with no ability to turn it off. We don't want this prompt on every line of a message we are trying to write.

For those customers on MS365 plans who would prefer not to pay more for something they won’t use, here’s how to revert to the non-Copilot plan and the non-Copilot price. Sign in to your Microsoft account on the web, then click Subscriptions. There, you will see your MS365 account and what you’re currently paying for it. Click on Manage, then click Cancel Subscription. To keep you around, Microsoft will offer other plans, including MS 365 Personal or Family with the word “Classic” added. That’s what you had before, sans Copilot.Oystryk told me there are caveats. Switching to classic is only for current subscribers; newcomers to MS365 can’t get the Copilot-free plans. And if there are any other non-Copilot updates or enhancements, classic subscribers won’t have access to them.

I understand Microsoft wanting to promote its AI product, and even pushing it a little bit. But this is way over the top. Forcing it on people in an incredibly aggressive way (Copilot link popping up on *every new line* in emails!), not providing a way to turn it off, and then raising subscription prices by 30% to pay for the "feature"? Wow. I hope there is more backlash than just a few forum threads.
