How do I permanently turn off Copilot prompts in my Outlook.com webmail messages?

I'm a dinosaur who still uses Hotmail.com via web-based Outlook.com. Now every time I reply to a message, I get a ""Try Draft with Copilot" message/link in it. I never want to use Copilot for anything, but this won't go away. How can I turn permanently off this any other Copliot promot in Outlook?

    this is not a promotional message, but a feature for the web version of Outlook, which is only available to Outlook accounts with a Microsoft 365 subscription, and there is no option in the web version of Outlook to turn this feature off.

    I know Microsoft doesn't care about what the customers think, but this is extremely annoying that I can't turn this off. I do have a 365 account and I still can't turn it off in my webmail client. Because Eff Me, right? What the customer wants is immaterial relative to your company pushing its garbage down our throats.

    I created a uBlock Origin script to prevent that garbage from loading in my browser.

    The reply from @Jason.YA is wholly incorrect.

    This is NOT about Office 365. It is about the free webmail inserting an entire sentence of AI prompting on every single new line of an email.

    Again, this is about outlook.live.com, NOT outlook.office.com. They are different things.

    Exactly. I use the web version of outlook.live.com for my hotmail account. It wasn't my choice to use this, it was forced on me.

    This is terrible service as usual from Microsoft. This Copilot garbage should only be opt in, rather than turned on by default.

    I have the same frustration. I have to see this prompt on EVERY line I type. Unfortunately, this will force me off off outlook... and I DO pay for the web version of outlook, so I don't have to see ads. but now I am forced away. Good job Microsoft!

    MICROSOFT - WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?????

    I am using the mail client that came with my Windows 10 machine, and as of today, when I reply to an email I get the horrific and invasive "Try Drafting with Copilot" - no thanks....don't want it, don't need it.

    What I do need is the ability to turn off the offering of the "feature" and not have it appear on every single new line in an email reply that I am composing.

    Please inform me of a solution as soon as possible.

    Agree 100%

    If this isn't a bug but a "design feature," then it will succeed at losing a lot of customers. The default on copilot should be opt out with no notification. Then if anyone actually thinks it will improve their writing, they can choose to activate it.

    By the way, I too have a Microsoft 365 account - for now.
