I cannot sign into my account. What can I do to solve this issue?

I already reset my password but each time I try to log in I get the same message. I tried logging in from different devices connected to different networks and in different moments (more than 10 days so far).

I change my email from ***@yahoo.com to ***@gmail.com.

When I sing in with new email it keeps showing the old email.

some of my files are blocked

I need to talk to a person

I was locked out of my account due to the outlook outage yesterday. When I try to log in, it tells me to recover my account. When I try that, it tells me the information I entered does not match and leaves me locked out. I use the account that is locked out for business and need to get back in to it.
