I cannot sign into my account. What can I do to solve this issue?

I already reset my password but each time I try to log in I get the same message. I tried logging in from different devices connected to different networks and in different moments (more than 10 days so far).

    I change my email from ***@yahoo.com to ***@gmail.com.

    When I sing in with new email it keeps showing the old email.

    some of my files are blocked

    I need to talk to a person

    2. I recently changed my password on my email account and saved it

    it will not accept that password and has blocked me out of my account.

    I need to access the email for a lot of my business and especially to download my work.

    I've tried everything including filling out the recovery form.

    received an email saying my information was insufficient because ???

    I can't afford to miss my work emails.

    Why can't someone help me I can't afford to lose everything I have set up in my email account,

    hi this Elsa regarding my ******@outloo.com account i did everything i was told on a pc i still cant get they keep saying insufficianse information, i need a agent or specialist help to change th mistake t did on my number
