Record the screen and screenshot no longer possible in the Outlook app after app update version 4.2445.1

Unfortunately, since the update it is no longer possible to take a screenshot or screen record in the Outlook app. The photo or video remains black. IOS is at version 18.1.1.

I have found that this problem is not due to IOS, but rather occurs after updating the Outlook app.

    We've raised a support case with Microsoft and they confirmed it's a bug, even if you add the below it doesn't affect the screen capture, at the moment the only way we've found around is to allow data transfer to all apps, which is not ideal from a security perspective.

    Any confirmation from MS when the bug will be fixed. Any mail is there from Microsoft to share with our organization too.

    I am facing this issue just by connecting an external monitor via USB-C as well- not only for screenshot purposes. On external monitor outlook is just black screen. Also I can't do iPad screen AirPlay to an iMac, same here - Outlook Is black.

    So I can't even use an external screens anymore. Is this caused by same policy and intended to work like this? Or is this a bug?

    This is happening on my personal iPhone and personal outlook account only. Super frustrating. If anyone knows how to fix it, I’d love to know.

    Microsoft just published new release note for outlook mobile.

    Update still not available in Appstore. Maybe this update will fix the bug

    We made the change and had our users close managed apps and open them back after we made the change and/or log out of Outlook and log back in and it worked with the version 4.2445.2. Seems like "App Config Policies" are not synching fast enough after this change.
