Record the screen and screenshot no longer possible in the Outlook app after app update version 4.2445.1

Unfortunately, since the update it is no longer possible to take a screenshot or screen record in the Outlook app. The photo or video remains black. IOS is at version 18.1.1.

I have found that this problem is not due to IOS, but rather occurs after updating the Outlook app.

    I think he was asking how to add "com.microsoft.intune.mam.screencapturecontrol = Disabled" in the app configuration policy as that is not clear in the notes.

    Unfortunately, it is not documented as it should be. Such major changes should not happen under the radar IMHO.

    Teams and MS Edge probably are next - they are on SDK 19.7.4 and the change is presented in 19.7.6.

    But should be in Intune - App configuration policies and you create the configuration policy of type "Managed apps". I have not tested it yet, but our organization is affected by this issue.

    Does anyone have step by step instructions for setting up the app configuration policy setting as per below as I'm not entirely sure how to go about this? None of the links provided give any detail.

    'You can configure app configuration policy setting “com.microsoft.intune.mam.screencapturecontrol = Disabled” if you wish to allow screen capture for your iOS devices.'
