This is the worst update. I have so many email addresses. For work, personal, parents I care for. I can't link to one mailbox, I have to check each and every one. You get no notification. And to make matters worse, they now make it harder to switch back. You should be entitled to choose which app we prefer, not forced upon us!
I have tried and tried to like it, but it just doesn't work for me. Why wouldn't you take ALL the features and simply add even better ones. I can't get one notification for an email received, I have to click on each email address, go to the inbox and then see. It is so time consuming! Surely SOMEONE is listening to our peeves!

This update was forced on me today, 28-May-2025, at the large company where I work. I have had to Google "how to use the Scheduling Assistant in the new Outlook" and I'm still unable to figure this out. Without exaggeration, this is the worst software update I have ever seen.
Can someone else make a different mail Client that looks like the old one, we can dump the "New and Improved Outlook(everyone hates)" and use anything else but Outlook. The New Outlook is the worst software ever made, i would do anything to dump it and forget about Microsoft and email.
I hate it. In the new Outlook, I can't find the option that allows me to open a specific folder I want to see when I launch the app.
New Outlook is absolute garbage. Email groupings make you miss emails, not receiving the correct notifications, can't choose your inboxes as easily, the colors are distracting, can't see attachments, it's like time traveling back to the 90s version of a website. My old outlook is now crashing and i am being forced into using this hot garbage product. Extremely disappointed in how unprofessional new outlook is compared to the classic.
