This is the worst update. I have so many email addresses. For work, personal, parents I care for. I can't link to one mailbox, I have to check each and every one. You get no notification. And to make matters worse, they now make it harder to switch back. You should be entitled to choose which app we prefer, not forced upon us!
I have tried and tried to like it, but it just doesn't work for me. Why wouldn't you take ALL the features and simply add even better ones. I can't get one notification for an email received, I have to click on each email address, go to the inbox and then see. It is so time consuming! Surely SOMEONE is listening to our peeves!

I agree with you. It's frustrating when Microsoft chooses to "update" when all the updates do is screw up our regular settings. As a TBI survivor, their "updates" cause me SO MUCH frustration.
How did you not hate the old one? Why is this our life? Why is there no god?

I have worked with Microsoft for over 30 years. I ran a billion-dollar-plus alliance with them for four years. I am a dyed-in-the-wool Microsoft bigot. I HATE the "new" Outlook. It is horrific. I can't even log in to my existing MSFT account because it says it's "personal"... well no kidding! The integration to Google and Zoom is nearly impossible, and buggy as @#$%. I can't believe I'm thinking of moving to Google or Zoom platform. Satya, Judson, SOMEBODY, please fix this or roll back to Classic. As you can see, I (and thousands of other users) think this is less than ideal...
