I hate the New Outlook

This is the worst update. I have so many email addresses. For work, personal, parents I care for. I can't link to one mailbox, I have to check each and every one. You get no notification. And to make matters worse, they now make it harder to switch back. You should be entitled to choose which app we prefer, not forced upon us!

I have tried and tried to like it, but it just doesn't work for me. Why wouldn't you take ALL the features and simply add even better ones. I can't get one notification for an email received, I have to click on each email address, go to the inbox and then see. It is so time consuming! Surely SOMEONE is listening to our peeves!

I had tried all the tricks I could find on the web to stay with the old mail program that was running fine until the windows update yesterday forced the new outlook. It stinks. It seems like many things don't work. Just now I attempted to attach a file: Sometimes I get an error message and usually it just does nothing. I used hotmail on a browser and it worked. Add me to the "I hate the new outlook" petition.

    this new outlook sucks.

old version allowed you to drag an email to calendar and create an event immediately, now the new version is like "no. no - you have to type everything in the event in order to create it".

I hate when they give you large icons for very attachment in an email but the screen doesn't allow you to see them all and instead you have to screw down in a very tiny top window where you can easily miss an attachment. if you click to open the attachment it open the attachment and entire emial on a new window. that's unnecessary and can be confusing.

with the new version no longer allow you to edit the name of the folder with a simple click. now you have to open a submenu to change the name and you make a mistake you have to repeat the steps.

on folders - The right click on the mouse no longer provides you with commands so you can not copy paste info into the name of a folder without using shortcuts like ctl+v etc.

the font is to bulky and large... I like to keep everything small so I can see more information at glance.

I hate that it creates a new email for every email sent in a conversation. why are you so old school with this? even on your old version. if is a bunch of emails in the same conversation, the newest email should be the only email you see in your inbox then when you open the conversation you should be able to manage each new email received separately. Gmail and apple do this since FOREVER.

Outlook needs to fire -like YESTERDAY- the grandpa that is designing the "new" outlook!!!!.

I hate this "new" "updated" version of outlook. it became more inefficient.

It's a fail. It needs to go the way of Microsoft Bob.

vvv Here's something I see a lot and can't fix. THe top part of the window covers up the menu, Can't scroll it down, extend the borders, or anything. I have to shut it down and start over.
