I hate the New Outlook

This is the worst update. I have so many email addresses. For work, personal, parents I care for. I can't link to one mailbox, I have to check each and every one. You get no notification. And to make matters worse, they now make it harder to switch back. You should be entitled to choose which app we prefer, not forced upon us!

I have tried and tried to like it, but it just doesn't work for me. Why wouldn't you take ALL the features and simply add even better ones. I can't get one notification for an email received, I have to click on each email address, go to the inbox and then see. It is so time consuming! Surely SOMEONE is listening to our peeves!

    I am a TBI (traumatic brain injury) 2005 survivor, who learned & relearned a LOT of what my remaining half-a-brain lost.

    I still have a hotmail.com email address dating back to1998.

    HOWEVER = the newest changes to outlook - altered all viewing options, many of which are NOT adaptable to disabled = and which are very confusing to me.

    Major changes are NOT comfortable for those of us with a disability.

    If Microsoft doesn't fix this RIGHT AWAY, then I must switch to Google gmail.

    Sorry if I'm sounding **** . . . I'm just frustrated and NOT happy with Microsoft at this time.

    Worst update ever. Virtually unusable for me. If I could make every person I work with quit using Microsoft after the last horrifying updates I would. I kept switching back to the prior version but they seem to have now made that impossible. Can't search. Can't functionally use more than one inbox. All my presets are changed so email threads are all separated. Every inbox is now just my name since every company I worked for used some variation of my name for my email address and we can't change our box names anymore and the company portion of the email is not visible because they have no limited the width I can set the sections to. I seem to have to "mark as read" everything instead of it happening automatically and SEARCH for EVERY file I need to save in instead of them all being visible to the side like they used to. In short this update is costing me HOURS and HOURS and HOURS of labor to find work arounds for "functionality" some developer who obviously never actually worked in a real job using this system would. Disgraceful. Seriously Microsoft this is the worst most horrifying roll out of a system update I have ever seen. I don't know a single contractor who wants to use this system anymore.

    Me too! How do you find your other email accounts? They used to sit on the side under each other and were so easy to click from one to the next. Now I can only find one account.
