How can I get spam emails from these senders to stop? They are in the junk folder, so rules don't work.

Same issue, getting at least 20+ spams per day. Please tell us Microsoft that you're working on better tools to combat spam. As painful as it may be, I just might opt to delete my outlook account.

The moderators are really unaware of this issue with spam emails. Most of us do not use Microsoft 360. So, their remedies are invalid. As I mentioned in my earlier post, I have been swamped with spam from preview@. The message source, "To:" reads "Undisclosed recipients." Here is where Microsoft should stop the email from reaching their servers. My problems started when they changed from Mail & Calendars for windows 10 to this online diluted version of Outlook. The next day my account was compromised and Microsoft was responsible. They need to come clean about a breach in security. For the last month I have been blocking the domain names for all the junk mail I've received. It reduces the count, although why should I have to deal with it when the company can investigate user complaints from their end. Yes, I have sent feedback moderator! The program loads slowly, almost like going back to the early nineties. I'm giving this client another 3 weeks then I'll make another choice.

I click on all preview@ and then "REPORT" [as phishing] This also blocks them, but of course, blocking probably has no effect unless they are sending multiple emails to me from from the same domain. I am hoping that by reporting as opposed to just blocking, MS might do something about it one day, but I live in hope and won't be holding my breath!

This does not solve the problem. It just sends "preview@xxx" to junk email. What we are wanting is to not allow any email from preview@xxx to come in at all....i.e. total blocking. These spam emails go in cycles. Before the preview the spammers were using "renew@xxx". That is why we are all trying to set rules but Outlook will not allow a rule such ad block all emails that begin with renew@xxx or preview@xxx.
