How can I get spam emails from these senders to stop? They are in the junk folder, so rules don't work.

Hi all. I have not replied for quite a while because it was so exciting when the unwanted emails problem appeared to be resolved, and then such a letdown when just a short week or so later it all started back up again. It has been interesting and somehow supportive to read all of your comments, knowing that so many people are being affected by this. I think I’m going to set an end date that maybe a month from now that if Microsoft doesn’t fix this, I will go to the headache of changing to a different email provider. Ugh.
I don’t think where we are located matters much. I live in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and have not been traveling abroad when this whole thing started happening.
It is insane how annoying this has been. I too felt so relieved when the preview spam emails stopped, only to discover that I am again receiving those same spam emails but now from email addresses that begin differently (same subject of the emails as before though).
Frequency and the number of these is by far most annoying thing. Sometimes they come within 5-10 of each other.
It’s infuriating that so many of us are dealing with the same issue and Microsoft is not doing a single thing to address it!!
I have been using my hotmail account for almost 15 years, but I am beginning to question if I will need to start using my secondary gmail account and link all my subscriptions to it instead. -.-

It is difficult to understand how a company like Microsoft wouldn't be able to find a technical solution for these pestering spam assaults on its own customers.
My last "Preview" spam mail was about October 1, and I was getting 25-50 per day. It stopped radically and I must assume that Microsoft did something to stop it, so let's cheer them on, if but for a moment. It's been nice to have a break from the spam. It does seem to be coming back though, albeit slowly. Hopefully Microsoft can find a solution to identify this blatant spam and stop it before it clogs up our spam boxes. But I think it's a great sign that the "Preview" thing has stopped. Ideally they could give us keywords to block, that's simple technology and I can't even begin to understand why that is not available.
