How can I get spam emails from these senders to stop? They are in the junk folder, so rules don't work.

This is useless. the domain changes each time. the only constant is "preview@" this is what i want to filter on and directly delete all those messages so they don't go to my inbox or junk folders.

not being able to delete on the junk mail folder is allowing this single identity to bypass all the rules and spam 100's of messages a day to my folder.

I have had the same issues with my junk email folder! All of these solutions this forum will not work. I recieve 50 plus emails daily with the configuration; preview@ whereas the domain changes for each junk email. This occurred immediately after I began using this online version of outlook. I prefer Mail & Calendar and I had no problems with junk email. I'm up to 950 blocked domains at this point that I've blocked manually. The message description for sending each of these junk emails to me always read "undisclosed recipient."

I believe it is your engineers' responsibility to address these problems for the consumer. I do not open any email or distribute it online unless the site is for personal business. It is up to Microsoft to provide a secure email platform. These domains are stationed all over the world from Russia to Las Vegas. Nevada. From what I've read here all of the solutions will not work because it originates at Microsoft. I've sent feedback of course. It is an internal technical issue that requires someone to evaluate the symptoms and start believing the consumer.

Thanks Ron, yes it could be a human using AI, it just didn't sound like a human response to me and appears to lack understanding of the problem.

It could be a real person using AI to generate replies. I recall months ago they introduced an AI generated response and urge volunteers like me to adopt the new feature. I tried it once (but did not post the reply) and decided not to use the feature. I trust my intelligence more than artificial intelligence.
