How can I get spam emails from these senders to stop? They are in the junk folder, so rules don't work.

I have noticed the new prefixes are increasing every day thus further increasing the number of junk emails. I now use the outlook app permanently on junk to skim through these in case of a genuine email appearing and permanently delete all the infuriating junk ones quickly in one click.
Yes I have found the same. Now many of those junk emails are going into my inbox. Microsoft not only needs to fix that , but they also need to get rid of the new prefixes , such as national debt relief , orange theory , fitness otinsurance , et cetera.
The spam emails are now starting up for me again and this time they are not going into my junk mail, they're going to my inbox! All the spam now is coming from

I had a few ‘empty’ days and then they started up gradually earlier this week and now increasing daily -72 today. I am in U.K.
I'm sorry that some people here are finding that the emails have started up again. I'm happy to report no such issues, other than an occasional stray, my junk/spam filter is empty and the spam has stopped altogether. Something good changed and cheers to Microsoft for addressing it, assuming they did so. I'm in the US (California) if that matters.
