My account has been hacked and I need to speak to customer support

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE LET ME RECOVER MY ACCOUNT

On Friday, October 18th near 11:40 PM - 11:50 PM I had my Microsoft account hacked after I saw emails asking to reset my password

seeing how this is an issue I go to login and change my password but when I enter my email the page tells me that my email doesn't exist and that I can create a new one. I go to create a new account js to see if I put the wrong email in but it says that my email is already paired to an account. My real issue is that this microsoft account hold my xbox and subsequently my minecraft account which holds some of the only ties I have to multiple friends and family members. I need to speak to an ACTUAL tech support person to see if I can recover any of this stuff because it's very important to me. Reply ASAP if you have any ways to help me

I'm in the same boat. All roads lead to the micrisoft recovery form which I have no memory of email subject headings ( word for word) or banking info from a year ago. As I understand this is a automated service. It should be as simple as sending a photo of your government and a pic of your face. Basically from what if you have 2FA turned on and you lose access to that number (ie. Unpaid phone bill) tour screwed according to the microsoft help page. If your phone carrier is cooperative you can port that number possibly to a new Sim but in my case they want me to pay a $400 cell bill. Are you using a device that you have previously used to acesss your live account? This will definitely help I assume. Unless the phone is broken and you need to replace a $300 screen as in my case. Try to use a wifi that you have used in the past I read that may help. All in all I'm at the point where I would pay someone to gain acesss to my live account ivr had it for many years and I feel my life revoles around it. Dam I miss my live account. I have done as you requested above. I need to speak to someone about 2 orders that were placed on our account that we DID NOT make and want removed from our account. Since the bank has stopped all charges from Microsoft I would like to give you a new debit card number in order to pay our monthly direct debit of £7.99.

Please do not put me through to Howly as I need to speak to someone as to why first of all I will be charged £1.00 which is apparently refundable and secondly why I have to pay £24. Please can someone phone me and speak to me!
