My account has been hacked and I need to speak to customer support

How do I get a hold of a live person in customer support regarding my account being hacked and accounts being made in my name? This is regarding Microsoft 365, Azure, word, excel, one note , live, outlook, gaming, office and many more. There seems to be scammers pretending to be Microsoft support agents. This is very frustrating and stressful to say the least.

    Hi, my previous account which possesed a legal copy of minecraft Java Edition was recently found to either be stolen or fully deleted, as my email address wasn't recognized anymore
    Having made a new account and ensuring to take more steps towards securing it, i however no longer have the ability to play Minecraft
    I have the receipt for my purchase back in January 2020
    All i want is to be able to play minecraft again without having to repay for it.

    I have lost acesses to my .live. I do not have that phone number and 2FA is enabled. This is also the my recovery account linked to my live.ca. microsoft says that my account has been blocked due to many password attempts. How do I gain access without my recovery account?
