My account has been hacked and I need to speak to customer support

How do I get a hold of a live person in customer support regarding my account being hacked and accounts being made in my name? This is regarding Microsoft 365, Azure, word, excel, one note , live, outlook, gaming, office and many more. There seems to be scammers pretending to be Microsoft support agents. This is very frustrating and stressful to say the least.

And, no. I have not been able to retrieve/regain my Microsoft account. I keep submitting the form they have online to retrieve my account under Customer Support. But, nobody from Microsoft gets back to me because I didn't answer their impossible questions perfectly. I don't even see an email in my Yahoo account from them, which is not controlled by hackers.

My husband and I have been loyal customers for over 30 years, but we can't remember some of the impossible questions they ask us, like...

    1. When you opened the account, where were you living? (It's been over 30 years. I don't think anyone can remember that far.)
    2. Since you made a Microsoft purchase in your past history, what is the debit card number used to make the purchase? (It's been about 10 years since I purchased anything from Microsoft and I've thrown out all of my old debit cards).

Microsoft Online Support is one big labrinth, so there are a lot of defects within this labrinth, which we can't even report to Microsoft. How to we report a defect in the Microsoft Online Support system? When I get to this message from MIcrosoft, none of this applies to you or me...

    "Microsoft account verification codes

We're sorry that you're having issues with Microsoft account verification codes. Please select an option: I'm not getting verification codesI'm getting unrequested verification codesA message told me to "make sure you can receive a security code"I see a "Try another verification method” messageNotification is in the wrong languageCan't access phone/email for verification code"

My error message is "Enter the code generated by your Authenticator app." But, the hackers turned Authenticator on in my account, so they get the code instead of me. I checked my junk mail folder too. Then, the labrinth loops back to the same form, which either never contacts anyone or I'm not answer the impossible questions above correctly.

I've been submitting their allowed number of forms (2 per day) almost everyday now, but no response from Microsoft at all. So, I don't know what else to do to get back into my OneDrive files, family photos, to-do/projects, emails, etc.... on my Microsoft account, which will also allow Facebook and many other companies to get me back into my personal accounts.

I am getting the same "no response" online and on the phone recordings with Microsoft. The phone keeps giving me an automated message to go back to online support, using all automated recorded voices. Then, in online support, there are no human beings either. So, then I get to this dead end message from Microsoft...

    "Important notes

    • If the account recovery form doesn't work, you can keep trying as many times as you want, up to two times per day.
    • There are some alternatives, but if the alternatives don't work, then we cannot help, sorry.
    • The form cannot help if you have two-step verification because no one, including our support advocates, can access your account without the secondary security information."

The hackers have hijacked my Microsoft email account and then turned on Microsoft Authenticator. I did not turn it on. So, they can change passwords in all of my apps to gain control of them. But, I've also lost a few accounts access into my other phone apps, with no way back into my apps, by trying to change my password on my apps, which shoots a verification email to the hackers who has control of my emails. So, do not change your password on your apps unless you have a friend who tries to change it on his/her own personal account as trial and error first, to see if your friend will get a verifications code or not in his/her own personal accounts. Some apps will send a verification code or email to the hackers, who control your email account. Then, they use it as a route into the apps you are trying to get back into. But, some apps won't.

Try to go directly through LinkedIn, Ebay, etc...support routes on their main websites instead. Unfortunately, not all of them will be helpful. Facebook said that there is nothing they or I can do, unless I can get back into my Microsoft account.

The hackers hacked into my Yahoo account within the same week that they hacked into my Microsoft account because my Yahoo email address was my verification email address, so the hackers were using both of my accounts to verify each other. Thank God that Yahoo had live human beings to help me get back into my Yahoo account, unlike Microsoft.

Hi, The hacker has already turned on 2 factor authentication. Also, if i change any passwords it will send an email to the email the hacker has saying this is my username etc etc and I have changed passwords, making it even easier for the hacker. Is there any way that you retrieved your account back? Microsoft said someone would get back to me within 24-72 hours and no one has. Then I messaged them via the live chat and they said someone would call me and no one did. Very disappointed.

Hello, someone keep trying to access my ******@hotmail.com.

And someone could access to my email address and change to other apps like instagram etc… and change email address and someone ordered shop with my email address etc….

I think they changed my Authentication to their Authentication so I could not use my Authentication. My pin is 8 numbers but they keep asking 6 pins.

Could you please advise how to fix this problem?

Thank you so much for your help.

    Momo
