No, I don't believe anyone has received a reply from Microsoft. What's more, I don't anticipate anyone ever will. I think Microsoft's statement that they no longer support Win 7, means they won't be putting any resources into fixing this problem. They will make far more money out of forcing Win 7 users to upgrade, I guess those of us for whom an aged PC and Win 7 has been entirely satisfactory up until now, will either have to upgrade our PC and operating systems if we want to use online Outlook.

    Ciao Marco,

it's the same for me, too. I think they are forcing us to buy a new computer. Unfortunately they will succeed

Yes, although Firefox does at least allow access to Outlook I’ve found that it’s slow to load other pages, and that they quite frequently crash when loading.

This means I have to keep Chrome running as well, but the combination of Chrome and Firefox running at the same time on my

ancient PC means that everything is slowed down.

Please Microsoft and Google GET THIS FIXED ASAP!
