Hello Clara - MSFT
Usually, companies that stop supporting previous versions of their software products do not seek to investigate the causes of failures in these older programs.
However, on planet Earth, millions or even billions of people may be forced to use outdated versions of software because they cannot afford to buy new devices.
The question of this thread is the very case.
And it is also important because it concerns mail.
Millions of people use Windows 7 not because they don't want to use Windows 10 or Windows 11, but because they CAN'T BUY a new device that supports Windows 10 and their old device only supports Windows 7.
Browsers based on the Chrome engine versions earlier than 126 have recently stopped opening outlook mail pages and this is a problem for millions of people.
If Microsoft helps solve this problem, it will help millions of people.
You, dear Clara, ask write you versions of Chrome, with the problem Error code: STATUS_STACK_OVERFLOW
It is always Windows 7 and it is always the engine Chrome versions earlier than 126.
I have this: Google Chrome 109.0.5414.120 (Official Build) (32-bit) Active Variations 5e3a236d-4113a79e
Thank you.
Best Regards
