Am I hacked? (received an email from my own emailaddress)

Hi,

I received an email presumably send from my own emailaccount, subject 'You've been hacked' starting with

'I want to inform you about a very bad situation for you. However, you can benefit from it, if you will act wisеly. Have you heard of Pegasus? This is a spyware program that installs on computers and smartphones and allows hackers to monitor the activity of device owners. It provides access to your webcam, messengers, emails, call records, etc. It works well on Android, iOS, macOS and Windows. I guess, you already figured out where I’m getting at.'

Etc.

So the content of the email doesn't worry me, but what I can't understand is why the e-mail is send from my account. Or why it looks like it is send from my account. It doesn't show any other address.

When I check Source of the message, the following pops up, but this to me is jibberisch... Can anyone explain to me why it looks like I send this to myself and if I indeed been hacked or not?

    Same to me , but even if you change your password this problem will continue, like I heard our Email under AI attack , AI try to hack our email and even after changing password AI will continue trying to hack it ...

    And i think finally AI will successfully can Hack our email, that's why you have to be sure you don't have a something important on your Email, if you have just download or delete personal details manually, be ready for lost your email...

    Im very sad because this problem is a bigger they we think and Microsoft don't want to do anything about that and they don't have explanation...

    Last month my visa card was hacked and front of my eyes they took 30 dollars, after 10 seconds 60 dollars, I knew that's my visa card and someone hack it , and I was lucky I used my phone in that moment, directly i went to my bank account and blocked my card, after 2 seconds they tried to take out 120 dollars... but I was lucky and I had enough time to block it ...

    Why I'm telling this story ?

    Because that Visa card only i used for Microsoft account and Google, and i used for Playstation subscription, NOTHING MORE ...

    Money withdraw from Venezuela with Meta Loga , writing FACEBOOK...

    It's not facebook I know , it's just a hacker they got my card details I don't know how ... hopefully it's not from my Email and Microsoft account otherwise we are not safe 100% this will happen to everyone because all of us using Microsoft somehow.

    iv been reciving thes type of emails for years.. sometimes in my inbox othertimes in my junk.. nothings ever happend though..after looking more into it i think its **** though even if it shows as coming from your microsoft account with profile picture (if you have one) if it was indeed sent from my account or anyones it would also show up as being sent. and in my case under sent mail...its not there.. its a big sextorion scam thats been going on for years

    its not an issue its just a big scam to try and trick you into thinking your account has been hacked. when it hasent. you have to think about it..if it was sent from your account to your account.it would be in the sent items. unless its in the sent items in outlook..its ****

    Yeah, same. I'm surprised that I haven't checked the recent activity page more frequently ...
    Luckily, two-factor authentication takes care of that.
