How do I download the "Classic" version of Outlook to my computer?

How do I download the "Classic" version of Outlook to my computer? My web hosting service who also supports my email address does not support Microsoft's New cloud-based Outlook app and therefore I need to use the Classic version. I have already downloaded my Microsoft 365 applications to a new computer and cannot figure out how to revert back to Classic Outlook. Thank you for your help.

Is Outlook installed? Outlook.exe is here - you can use Windows key + R to open the Run command and paste the path, including the parenthesis in the run box then press Enter.

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\OUTLOOK.EXE"

if you use 32-bit Office, it is here -

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\OUTLOOK.EXE"

    Posting here for the info of others--I had a similar but slightly different experience. I have a new Surface, which opened the New Outlook. Toggling off the button brought up a comment screen, but whether I submitted a comment or chose to skip it, it then closed Outlook. And when I reopened, I was back to square one, with the toggle on.

    I had to download the classic version, as others have suggested here.

    My experience is a little different than others here, but I'll post for info. I have a new Surface, and only New Outlook was loaded. When I toggled off the New Outlook button in it, I was presented with a comment screen. Whether I submitted a comment or not (I tried both), it closed Outlook. And when I reopened, I was back to the beginning--New Outlook with the toggle on. I tried multiple times. (I also tried selecting Classic Outlook from the help menu--same results.)

    As suggested in this thread, I had to download and install Classic Outlook. My email host does not use IMAP codes (another annoyance I'll post separately--New Outlook doesn't explain what they are when asking for one, so I had to research separately), so I have to stick with Classic Outlook for now. New Outlook needs to offer an option to waive this security feature, as there are many of us who can't use IMAP codes.

    I appreciate new versions and features. I do NOT appreciate having them forced on me.
