How do I download the "Classic" version of Outlook to my computer?

How do I download the "Classic" version of Outlook to my computer? My web hosting service who also supports my email address does not support Microsoft's New cloud-based Outlook app and therefore I need to use the Classic version. I have already downloaded my Microsoft 365 applications to a new computer and cannot figure out how to revert back to Classic Outlook. Thank you for your help.

Is Outlook installed? Outlook.exe is here - you can use Windows key + R to open the Run command and paste the path, including the parenthesis in the run box then press Enter.

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\OUTLOOK.EXE"

if you use 32-bit Office, it is here -

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\OUTLOOK.EXE"

    I wish to add the Cliassic Outlook to my e mail accounts. The new Outlook does not show my new e mails since 2/2/25. Kathy

    As long as you have an office subscription, you can install it from You can't open classic Outlook on a new Windows PC - I recommend using the download version, not the store version.
