I am having the same issue. I deleted my email account from Outlook thinking it would help. I cannot get back in. I get this in the message from the Troubleshooting Details: INVALIDCREDENTIALS TEMPORARILYUNAVAILABLE

Spectrum needs to give us customers a refund for all this hassle , totally 💯 unacceptable 💯

Safe to say the complaint narrative seems well supported, but what about the cure narrative. Anything more than a rumor or conjecture yet??

I'm using 365 adn the bundled Outlook. Setup my emails worked for about a 2wks, I stopped receiving RR emails on 2/8/25.

I removed the account and tried to reload, now receive the same error messageINVALIDCREDTIALS and TEMPORARILYUNAVAILABLE. Spectrum would not assist as I'm able to receive emails through the Spectrum email website.

    Any assistance would be appreciated.

    Everyone,

I ran into this problem with a client of mine and this thread came up in my research. After my tshooting and looking at this thread, I noticed my client was using the "Outlook (New)" app. First of all, shame on Microsoft for developing and somewhat forcing this crap on us all! Anyway, I switched to the Outlook (Classic) app and the email account came right up and worked fine. Just go to Search and type "Outook" and look for Outlook (Classic) in the list and run this. If you like the new Outlook, this is a workaround until MS fixes their shenanigans. Otherwise, continue to use the Outlook (Classic) until MS no longer supports it.
