As before, my outlook now is able to log into my spectrum account. i have done nothing except try every couple of hours for a week. I do not know why. Back in the old days Time warner accounts would be black balled for several days from some mail servers because of the amount of spam coming from ...rr.com accounts. I wonder if that is the issue. I would have to change the IP address of our router for the email to work again.

I am having the same problem with my Spectrum email. I'm beginning to wonder if it has something to do with my email ending in xxxxxx@charter.net instead of Spectrum being in Charter's place. In an attempt to be able to receive/send emails, I made the mistake of deleting my email address so that I could reinstall to see if it would help. WRONG THING TO DO! I finally got it back on my laptop but all of my email folders are gone!!! Years and Years of saved emails GONE!! I am sick to my stomach over it!

Microsoft do something about the difficulty your system is having in recognizing our "@charter.net" issue. I am a paying member of the Microsoft Office package that I pay every year. It is useless if I am unable to use my @charter.net email with it.

Sound like us customers are going thru the finger pointing contest Spectrum says it's Microsoft problem and Microsoft says it's Spectrums problem. I feel like I in the middle of a Political finger pointing between the Democrats and Republicans. Both sides says it's not their problem and blame the other party. Pffff....
