Good to know. Like many have stated above, I also stopped receiving Spectrum emails via Outlook 2 days ago. I confirmed all my settings were correct with Spectrum support but still can't connect. Spectrum said it's an issue with Microsoft. Hopefully the server fix will be taken care quickly and we can all get connected again.

You seem to be looking for the correct settings for spectrum mailboxes in Outlook. Please indicate me if I misread your issue,
To set up your Spectrum email in Outlook, you need to configure the following settings:
Incoming Mail Server (IMAP)
Server: mail.twc.com
Port: 993
Encryption: SSL/TLS
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP)
Server: mail.twc.com
Port: 587
Encryption: STARTTLS
Authentication: Required
Username and Password
Your full Spectrum email address (e.g., ******@twc.com)
Your Spectrum email password
Make sure to enable authentication for the outgoing mail server and use the same username and password as your incoming mail server.

I just had this happened to me with Outlook for Windows. Did anyone find a way to fix this?
Same problem here Spectrum emails quit refreshing on 2/6. I tried to reset Outlook. It will no longer take my login credentials...deleted my email account from Outlook and when I attempt to set it back up I get the message
INVALIDCREDNTIALS TEDMPORARILYUNAVAILABLE. I can get updated emails through Spectrum webmail on computer and on phone and tablet with no issues using those same login credentials.
Same, same. This happens to me periodically. It works for a while then doesn't. I can't even get back to the classic Mail program because it won't even start outlook without the login. and then select classic email.
I get error message INVALIDCREDTIALS and TEMPORARILYUNAVAILABLE
Although it works on all other platforms.
Very frustrating because tomorrow it might work for some unknown reason.
