2025-05-08T12:36:05+00:00 I tried new Outlook Mail again May 5th and low and behold, it signed me in and retrieved my email and allowed me to send an email successfully. I didn't change anything.....just put in my Spectrum email pw when requested. Initially it just showed emails beginning when my issue started but after a while it did download all my emails and since then has continued to work properly. Maybe Microsoft finally found and fixed their problem!
