Regarding the issue you and other users mentioned, if your region is supported, you can try the following steps to see if there is any effect:

Step1: Add a new email address your Microsoft account. Don't add the @outlook.com email address.

Step2: Make the new email address your account's primary alias.

Step3: Add a new phone number for the account.

Step4: Change the primary alias back to your previous @outlook.com email address.

Step5: You can now remove the added email account to your Microsoft account.

Step6: You're done.

 

You can also try logging into this website: Sign in to your Microsoft account (live.com)

 

If the above methods do not work, you can try checking again after not making any requests for a week to see if it is resolved, and please confirm when you receive the message. The message may be in the spam or junk message section of your phone, as too many requests may cause your account to be blocked.

I tried this way (putting ******@petalmail.com as my email and use +63 9626341765 as phone), I contacted the Bing Rewards team, they contact me back, gave them many evidences and they said they fixed it but it still doesn't work to me. I found that you don't allow VoIP numbers and I'm trying so hard to put my new number onto it, maybe it's my phone number. But everyone uses VoIP now in this year, and you still only accept old and outdated phone number tech that many of us who needed to redeem our rewards becomes a hassle or impossible to claim because of this. Please Microsoft ALLOW VoIP phone numbers!! Just allow it! Google and HUAWEI are accepting my phone numbers but you are the only one who doesn't want to!

im using indonesia country code (+62) why microsoft team doesnt support country code indonesia? my i know why?

my country code is 0044 united kingdom it says does'nt support this number and use email instead but that option does not light up either so i cant retrieve my microsoft rewards. thank you

I face the same issue too, It's been ongoing for months now and I've tried everything on YouTube and the problem persists. The country code is PH(+63). Microsoft please explain.
