I don’t understand any of this and can’t get ahold of anyone at Microsoft to explain this. I have personal email with Outlook and am concerned that I will lose it with this new process. Surely there is a simple way to explain this or a phone number I can use to talk to a real person?

I guess it’s a stand alone. I’ve had it since I had a desktop and now I have an Apple laptop. My email address is msn.com if that tells you anything? I don’t have an outlook app.

Is there an email program, or do you use Safari or another web browser to get your msn.com email? If you use an email program, could you please post a screen shot of the Icon you click to start it? Thanks.
