    "Outlook supports Modern Authentication in all current Microsoft 365 subscription SKUs and Outlook 2021 LTSC (any SKU with build 11601.10000 or higher) when connecting directly as Outlook.com. If your Outlook is configured to connect to Outlook.com using POP or IMAP, Modern Authentication is not supported. This means that when Basic Authentication is fully deprecated, it will no longer connect." Are you connecting via POP or IMAP?

    I’ve got this email and here we are and thank you

    I believe it’s IMAP as we can access emails on our laptop iPad and iPhones

    No. I used Microsoft Exchange on my desktop. Now on my tablet or phone I will have to look again.

    You may have multiple devices accessing the mailbox and one or more is using POP or IMAP to connect. That's why you got the notification. I don't think Microsoft send the notification to ALL users. I don't get the notification at all..
