Can someone please tell me why my Outlook Calendar wont make changes or allow me to add new appointments, it tell me something went wrong and try again later

I'm also not able to make updates or add new appointments to the New Outlook. Do you had an ETA on when this will be resolved?
I don't at all understand what this means. can you send us a fix that makes sense please??
