I understand that you seem to be having trouble signing into your email.

You are definitely not the only one who finds the New Outlook to be a nightmare. Admittedly, the New Outlook currently has some shortcomings and may not meet all users' expectations. However, with updates, it is expected to improve over time.

Regarding your issue, I might need some clarification.

• What do you mean by 'pull up 365'? The New Outlook is actually a free application and should not require a Microsoft 365 subscription.
• Are you saying that you need to re-enter your account password every time you open the New Outlook?
• If so, what email domain are you using?

My name is Mark cowell

I started this hotmail account in melbourne Australia around 2007 i believe. Someone on the 11 of january 2025

was able to log in to my hotmail/outlook account and send me a email from my email address ******@hotmail.com

in that email the person is threatening me and wants $1350 worth of litecoin.I have contacted the federal police of Australia.

I found away from microsoft to see who and where someone logged into my hotmail/outlook account. Now you guys microsoft are telling me i have to wait 30 days to be verified,but your web page said i have to wait till the 3rd of January 2025, and it will be resolved by the 30 of january which is today, i only tryed to see account info today the 30th of January 2025.Am i trying to log in to a fake microsoft.

my other email i used for the last 15 to 18 years is ******@gmail.com

ever since microsoft installed onedrive on my pc without my permission, onedrive uploaded photos to onedrive without my permission in 2022

the photos microsoft uploaded without my permission was a photo of my passwords i cant remember cause your always forced to make passwords you can not remember. My name is Mark Cowell i started this hotmail account not David hood . I am so un impressed with microsoft.How can someone else access my hotmail, without the verification numbers sent to my mobile or email. I tried every number in Australia to contact microsoft a very rude un helpful computer answered didnt help and hung up on me.

I have been Microsoft for around 10 years I never had that problem like that never but now I don't really know what going on to this app and every where or company had my same phone and my email out look.
