As soon as I do this my husband's cell number switches to mine under text messages. This is truly bizarre so I do not want to add it as another email under outlook.com if this is what occurs.

I had this problem too but solved it by instead of clicking 'add account' i clicked outlook then put in my hotmail address and password and it worked, i can now access them again on my mail app. I also use my outlook app for my work emails so didn't want to go down that route.

Let me know if it worked!

I have done what everyone suggested. Deleted email account. I cant add an email ,it says account already exists on outlook or on other when trying to add new email.. i have 2 iphone 14's using the same email(msn) . one phone has no problems. one has problems. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
